I am a 27 year old from just outside Glasgow looking for some work experience at a garage while I am studying the level 2 and 3 vrq in automotive servicing & repair. I have a mechanical aptitude and have been self taught to some extent and have undertook jobs such as replacing wishbones, driveshaft, hub swivel pin's, suspension mounts, engine mounts, steering wheel, brakes & servicing. I also own Peugeot/Citroen dealer level diagnostic equipment which have helped me diagnose central locking problems, airbag faults and air flow faults. I am also working on old outboard engines as a hobby where I have rebuilt carburettors, installed new coils points & condensers and head gaskets.

I am looking to do 1 or 2 days a week helping out at a garage and willing to travel anywhere in central/west Scotland.

I have a driving license, my own car and qualied in first aid.
