Intensive driving and under 17 driving courses - paddingtonpete

My son is 16 and itching to pass his driving test I know driving lessons can cost a lot and ive come across several websites that would apear to give a head start (link deleted) do regular driving lessons and under 17 lessons they also appear to do intensive driving courses.

Will he pass more quickly? will he be a safe driver if he does?
