My 43k miles focus vibrates on tickover the whole car vibrates. The local ford dealer had the car in their garage for 2 days and charged me £200 for diagnostic tests and upgrades but the car was the same upon return to me.

After I complained they said there was nothing wrong but luckily for me the garage foreman agreed with me that it was vibrating so I received a full refund but the car is still vibrating and its now had a full service at 42k miles.

Any ideas would be much appreciated

Did they check the injectors for flow rate and spray pattern. Regards Peter

Hi. Thanks for that,Yes that's all on the list of what they charged me for. There are times when the engine is perfect to the extent where I can stop at traffic lights and go for the key to try and start it again cos I think its stalled then I get to next lights or junction and its vibrating again.
