PCN. Car parked with valid permit - the.bloke

Hi All

After being parked for over a week now at a friends place in a resident bay with a valid permits changed every night, the time zone starting at 09.00, I found a ticket on the windscreen of my courtesy car at 11.37-11.43.

The pcn is for "Parked in a permit space or zone without clearly displaying a valid permit".

A valid permit was on display clearly on the windscreen, with all the other on the passenger seat.

I have attached the pics, front, back and the group of the others permits next to the valid one.

Any help appreciated.

One can only assume that they have taken offence at the manner in which the permit is displayed. Viewing the actual Order which will give chapter and verse as to how permit is displayed i.e. on the nearside front of the windscreen as opposed to just left on the dash.

Nevertheless this is one, if truth is being told, I would appeal and if they reject take it all the way to the Parking Adjudicator..

Dont pay and wait for Notice to Owner. Appeal to LA. They will either accept and NFA or send a Notice of Rejection which will contain all details how to take further to Parking Adjudicator.
