Hi,
I was lucky enough to get a parking ticket last week at about 21.10pm which stated that I had 'parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than a carriageway'.
I am a little lost as to why the ticket was issued, as I parked the car on the road and as the image shows the pavement stops and then there is a small gap after which it continues. I parked my vehicle between this gap up close to the building with none of the vehicle on the pavement on either side.
Can anyone adivse me whay the ticket was issued, and whether they believe I should appeal it, and on what basis......THANKS
