Since what year? I don't have it, and I'm not volunteering to write one, but it could perhaps be a Google sheet that was 'crowd sourced' by various people taking a manufacturer each and doing the research...

Is there a full list of cars available with a Torque Convertor Automatic gearbox ?

No idea, but the easiest way to find out whether a car has one is if the 0-60 (or 62) time is 0.5 - 1.5 sec slower than the equivalent manual.

With the overwhelming majority of DCTs/DSGs (and likely single clutch automated manuals as well) and CVTs, the difference is either non-existant or in the favour of the 'auto' box version due to the computer-controlled gearchange process.
