OP has stopped sharing files, so havnt heard the noise, but the description sounds like aux drive belt. If a new one didn't fix it, could be belt tension, contamination of a non-renewed pulley, or alignment.
On my car I had noises which seemed to be associated with alternator bearing failure
After replacing that, I manually adjusted the belt tension to produce an appropriate alternator voltage output, but I imagine a modern car would probably be tensioned automatically.
It MIGHTbe possible to localise the noise to the belt by wetting it. and seeing If this makes the noise go away.
As well as visually checking for pulley alignment, you can get alignment checking gadetry that uses lasers
