In the last could couple of days I ordered a roof rack/bars for my Astra K hatchback. The credit card has been charged but I didn't get a confirmatory email and the website is more permanently down ( www.genvuci.com )

Anyone used these people and if so were they Ok?

I am a bit suspicious, how long is it reasonable to wait before choosing this up with cc company?
