More to that story than meets the eye I think, 3 years to resolve a relatively simple matter?

There were witnesses both ways including experts.
Court found Defendant's car was stopped at time of accident and that Claimant drove into it. It had not, as she claimed, been reversed into her path.
Furthermore Claimant's witnesses were absent so could not be cross examined - only questionnaires ans statements were available. Given there addresses etc there is a reasonable inference that they were 'witnesses for hire' and allied to the company hiring the car.
The whole thing should be referred to the Police.
