It's probably a bit specialist for a general motoring forum like this, unless one of us has done the job ourselves, which is unlikely here as such in depth DIY is not the norm...most of 'em are not short of a few bob so no need to do their own, not me i'm broke so no choice :-) ps i can give you verse and hymn on changing a Landcruiser 3.0 litre belt...

Seriously, you might get a better response from a specific forum for your vehicle, or another that shares the same engine, ie i assume that the Kia Sorento would have a similar drivetrain.
