I’ve just come back from a few days in Amsterdam, the first thing you notice is how many cars are hybrids, then how many Tesla’s but the big thing and considering how recently they’ve been launched is how many Jaguar I-Paces are on the road. They are big but the more I saw the better they looked. Justified car of the year?
I saw one yesterday at a local charging point. It is a distinctive looking car with unusual proportions (especially for a Jag). But my understanding is that while it isn't small, it isn't that big either. The very short bonnet, and 'cab forward' look is one of the benefits of an electric powertrain, they can maximise the interior space for a given footprint. It is shorter than the F-Pace, but has much more interior space.
