If it is the original radio, then you shouldn’t need to enter a code. If it is asking for one, then flea-bay is your best bet . Sellers on there have them for a £1

Thanks, it is the original but I removed the connectors to test another radio, it seems they remember the code whilst connected with the power interrupted eg. replacing the battery but not if you disconnect the set completely

Ahhh, I’ve just realised I didn’t turn the ignition on, I just pressed the power button on the set with the ignition off, presumably the ECU needs to be awake to recognise the radio, I’ll try again tomorrow, silly me
