BMW X3 - BMW Panoramic Roof failure - physicalperfection

The rear section of the panoramic roof will not move from tilt position.

I have reviewed various forums and videos. It seems to be a common problem. I cannot turn the Allen key to close it manually, so I am now looking for a professional to solve it.

Trouble is, I live in North Wales and BMW specialists are few and far between.

Can anyone either give me a simple solution I can try myself, or direct me to a local BMW expert please?

Otherwise I am restricted to using it on dry days only and we don't get many of those over here.
