Ford Focus 1.8 ( Mazda Engine ) - No response - Peter D

Engine stalled whilst parking and would restart but would not rev. Just ticked over at 500 RPM. After several re start attemps the engine responded finally with full throttle whilst cranking. Any ideas welcome. Regards Peter

MAF sensor? Try re-seating connector.
