Silly people.

We once turned out to a car wreck where a young chap had taken his lukewarm hatch to some back street garage and had new alloy wheels fitted. As he tried to negotiate a local roundabout at regulation boy racer speed, two of the wheels fell off.

Turned out the nuts had been put on finger tight only.

Looks very much like a wreck that was picked up cheap as some sort of 'project car'; missing more than just a wheel and without tax or MOT. I hope the m**** behind the wheel is hit hard enough that he won't be back on the roads for a good few years. Complete idiot.

Local paper also reports that the driver only passed his/her driving test last November.

Looks like it could be back to L plates and another test!
