Ford Focus 1.6L - 2004 - Cost of repair - Mark Towell

Car has just failed its MOT for the following:

Nearside Front Anti-roll bar linkage has excessive play in a ball joint drop link (2.4.G.2)

Rear Exhaust system not adequately supported (7.1.1)

Nearside rear parking brake recording little or no effort (3.7.B.6a)

Parking brake: efficiency below requirements (3.7.B.7)

Has anybody any ideas for the cost to correct these?

DIY, probably just the cost of the drop link, maybe a tenner, if it needs new rear shoes maybe £20, might need a new exhaust hanger, could be £20 if it needs welding on, so £40 + the price of a tub of elbow grease.
