Hello! Can anyone tell me what other models and years brake calipers will fit my 2001 Fiesta? I think the Puma before 2002 but thats all my reseach has found!

If you are looking to upgrade the brakes then go to a site like Performance Car or Demon tweeks.

Normally just a better grade of pads is all you need unless you have made significant mods?

You'd be better off asking a brake specialist such as Bigg Red, they are a wealth of knowledge as they only deal with brake system components.

What's wrong with the calipers?

As long as the pistons are reasonable cleaning them up and is the seals are good rebuilding them with red rubber grease usually works.

And as long as there's no leaks the brakes will be good.
