NISSAN NOTE 1.2 dig-s 14 reg - s.wheel audio controls - NISSANAL

Audio up/down switch (a) works in reverse (b) only works in seek mode although manual says should also search up'down through pre-set stations depending on time switch is held. This seems to be a universal problem! Does anyone have a cure please?

Dealer is as baffled as me alas. Says he'll try to get sense from Nissan, not holding my breath though and wondered if anyone has found a cure, as I said.
