Ford Focus ST3 2015on - Headlamp Fault - rabpat60

anybody know the fix for active headlamps that are no longer active,headlamp defect warning on start up car has had new headlamp control unit fitted but did not cure problem one headlamp stopped working then the second about two weeks later.

It's a 2015 car, therefore IT IS UNDER WARRANTY.

Take it back to the Ford dealer and tell them to fix it. The exact details of the problem are not your worry.

It goes back in two weeks time while they wait for answer from Ford technical as headlamps cost £600 per side they did not want to go ahead until Ford gave them the go ahead.

It is not your problem that the dealer doesn't want to fix it now in case Ford won't cough up when he sends them the bill.

It's under warranty, if the headlamps are faulty it is unroadworthy, if they want to wait two weeks to fix it take it to them now and demand a courtesy car till its done.
