How far above the maximum mark on the dipstick would the oil level have to be to cause PCV valve clogging etc and what signs would the driver notice? Thanks for answers.

This poster reminds me of one we had a while back who obsessed about all kinds of things, such as " will it damage suspension if I run over a fallen conker?".

We never found out if his questions were genuine or a wind-up.
