I had a no fault accident, but the other party's insurer are impossible to contact - what do I do?
I had an accident in December 2017 that wasn't my fault. The other driver's insurers, Quote Me Happy, are proving impossible to contact. The other driver doesn't seem willing to help. Where do I go from here?

Issue proceedings via the small claims court on the driver. Things will then happen quickly. Alternatively, go via a claims management company or solicitor.
