The Renault dealer in Yeovil is arrogant in the extreme and only cares about extracting money and not guaranteeing any work they do as a solution to the problem: the extent of Renault UK's customer service skills is to phone the dealer and ask them to call me - hardly a very challenging job. Tomorrow the car is going for its seventh garage visit, this time to an independent auto-electric specialist - I will keep you posted if you like. But one thing for sure, I will NEeverVER own another Renault.
