Problems since a service

I have an Hyundai i10, mainly brought on your recommendations, which I purchased in Sept 09 (59 plate) and it has just had its first service. On driving out of the dealership, I started hearing a wind noise. After 8 days I asked my husband to help, on inspection we noticed that the door has been blown. We have taken it back to the dealership who have dismissed my claims it happened during the service (although they admit it was a windy day!) and have only recommended a body shop for the repairs. Should the dealership pay for all or part of the repairs?

If you are certain this happened while the car was at the dealer, all of the repairs. Whoever was responsible has probably not told the workshop manager or the dealer principal.
