Good customer service from Hyundai when my new ix35 was delayed.

I ordered my new Hyundai ix35 some 11 weeks ago with a trade-in on my old car, a Land Rover 2. I have now sold that privately instead of trading it in. I said to the dealer that because of the long wait on delivery, I'm now without a car until my new one arrives. They have now loaned me, free of charge, a car till the ix35 arrives.

Good customer service. It's not the dealers' fault that there's been a large delay with deliveries, but it's good to see that they're doing all can to help.
