Who can I recover costs from after my Mitsubishi Lancer Evo's clutch kit was fitted incorrectly?

I have a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 2005. I purchased a new clutch kit (cover, friction plate, release bearing) together with a new OE flywheel and bolts from a specialist UK supplier. Fitting of the clutch and flywheel was carried out by a Mitsubishi main dealer. Mitsubishi noted significant clutch judder on the test drive immediately following fitting, but was advised by the supplier that this would rectify itself when the bedding-in phase was complete (approx 250 miles).

The clutch judder remained despite careful bedding in. The clutch was removed by Mitsubishi and returned to the manufacturer (via the supplier) for an engineer's report. The manufacturers report concluded that the clutch was not fitted correctly, but the Mitsubishi dealership disputes this. The only common ground is that both the manufacturer and Mitsubishi agree the clutch was juddering, and not operating correctly. I have been left to pick up the cost for the parts and labour to fit a second clutch. Do I have any avenue available to recover costs from either the supplier or fitter or both?

I don't see how because I don't see who is to blame.
