Had to have EGR valve replaced after emissions fix - where do I stand now it's broken again?

I had the Volkswagen emissions fix done in February. Then had to pay shortly afterwards for EGR valve with a reduced goodwill rate of £500 as car kept going into limp mode. Performance has been worse since fix, acceleration is not as good. Now car has gone into limp mode again. The car is not what it was sold to be. Where do I stand?

The dealer should refund your £500 and fix the problem, which is probably that the worn injectors cannot cope with the additional injection cycle that is part of the fix.
