A claim company have offered me a hire car after a lorry hit my car - should I ignore this?

I've had an unfortunate collision with a lorry. I have a dash cam and it clearly shows the lorry hitting all along from back to front of my Toyota RAV4. I'm just waiting for AA investigators to view it. In the meantime, a company called Claimfast has rang me up saying that they work with the insurance company. My concern is that they are offering me a hire car without the third party admitting liability. Do I ignore this company and just deal with my insurer (AA)?

Firstly, AA is not your insurer. They have brokered your insurance, you will be insured through someone else. They have also sold your details onto Claimfast and will earn a referral fee or some other type of rebate should you use them.
