Is there a driving course for older drivers who want to refresh their knowledge?

I shall be 70 very soon. I feel the need to update my driving skills (and to have an independent opinion on my competence, or lack of it). I got my license in 1971 and have been driving ever since - in the UK and overseas. I have no convictions or fines. Is there a practical course I could sign up on, to refresh my knowledge and to give me an independent check on my ability to keep driving?
