Can you recommend an organisation that will check my car driving ability?

I am 68, have driven cars and motorcycles for 50 years, and have had no accidents/insurance claims (apart from one car stolen following a break-in). I should like to have my car driving checked and reported on for competence, safety, faults and bad habits, preferably (but not necessarily) using my own car. Are you able to recommend a suitable individual, organisation or company that would be willing to do this?
