Is there a good, small car for a learner driver that could also fit a wheelchair?

We are looking for a car that my 18 year old daughter can use (currently a learner driver) but must also accommodate her sister's wheelchair on occasion. Is there anything that would work for us?

A Honda Jazz is the most commodious and versatile small car. Manual or CVT automatic. Its 'Magic' rear seats fold completely flat, or the squabs can be folded upwards to store items such as wheelchairs in the centre of the car.
