Is the Peugeot Partner Combi good for wheelchair access?

I need a wheelchair access car to take my mum out a few times a week. I need easy to use ramp facility and three seats for passengers to enjoy family days out. I've been looking at the Peugeot Partner 1.4 Combi. Is it any good?
