Does the 52-plate Toyota Celica still suffer with oil consumption issues?
I'm thinking of buying a 52-plate Toyota Celica, and have heard there are oil consumption issues. Is it true that Toyota fixed this problem with the 52-plate model and upward? If not, how can I tell if I will be buying a car with that fault?

Can a reputable local garage do software updates? I read somewhere about "over air" updates where you are not tied to a main dealer.
