What's causing wind noise to come from my Skoda Octavia?

I have an eight-month-old Octavia hatchback 1.9TDI. At 68-70mph there is a noise that can only be described as like blowing across the top of a bottle, but quite loud. The dealer has said that it is 'wind noise'. That is obvious, but he has not come up with a solution. It isn't a constant noise, but lasts for about 8-10 seconds and then repeats after a break of 10-15 seconds. Any suggestions?

If it was constant I'd have said a door seal. Off and on, possibly a loose flap in the ventilation system.

With all windows closed wind noise is continuous starting at around 25 mph. Is it possible to reduce the wind noise or is this inherent with all CR-V? Please advise.
