What easy access 4x4 would you recommend for £18,000?

I have £18,000 to spend on a 4x4. What car would you recommend as my partner is disabled?

Best value for money is a Dacia Duster 1.2 TCe 124 4x4: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/dacia/dacia-duster.../ The Suzuki Vitara S 1.4 T Boosterjet 4x4 is better but more expensive and a longer step from the seat to the ground: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/suzuki/suzuki-vita.../
