Can you recommend a reliable family hatchback?
I am currently trying to buy a used diesel small or medium family car. Some important criteria: Economy (first of all). Less than 1.9-litre (there are some tax problems in Greece for 1921cc and greater). Trustworthy (mostly for the significant parts - engine, gears) with few known problems. Small SUVs (hatchback) preferred as a type. Price range 12,000 to 18,000 Euros. Could you please advise me with two or three models?

What is the best small SUV in terms of reliability and running costs to buy second hand for around £6000? This vehicle will probably average under 5000 miles per annum.
