Should I use premium unleaded fuel in my Ford Focus?

Should I use premium unleaded fuel in my Ford Focus 1.0-litre 125, as Ford recommend a minimum 95RON?

So called 'Premium' unleaded is 95RON. You can't get lower RON than that in the UK. But, as always, I recommend Super, which is 97-99 RON.
