Is it smart to buy a very low mileage two owner car?

I have seen a dealer approved 2015 Mazda 3 automatic, with two previous owners. It was a demonstrator and had a private owner. It has done only 2000 miles. Is it okay to buy this car or stay away from it as it has done very low mileage?

Presuming it's the current model Mazda 3 and has been serviced, it should be okay. But you need to satisfy yourself that it has not been crash damaged and has not been sitting around for a year or so waiting to be repaired, which could account for the low mileage.
