Piaggio Ape has broken down - can I reject it?
I bought a new Piaggio Ape which within 7 days wouldn't accelerate and broke down. The dealer acknowledged the fault, but is unsure what's causing it or how to rectify it. How long would I have to wait before asking for a refund?

Of course you are covered. Your rights are here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/ And in any case it was a breach of contract to sell you a working vehicle that doesn't work. They have to give you your money back.
