Need a seven-seater (with zero VED) for £15k - any recommendations?

I want to buy a new seven-seater automatic. It must qualify for zero road tax and cost £15,000 - £20,000. What do you suggest?

Basic (but not all) versions of the Toyota Prius Plus (check V5C before buying). Used prices are high because taxi drivers have caught on to the numerous advantages.
