Could you recommend a 7 seat, economical car for £12,000?

I currently have a Vauxhall Zafira and am looking to buy a new 7 seat car. I have a £12,000 budget and I want a car that is economical to run, performs well in all weathers, good mpg, has easy access to the rear seats and has Navigation as standard. What are your recommendations?
