Damage to car on petrol forecourt caused by bin blowing over
My car was damaged (door dented) by Tesco bin while I was filling up car with fuel. Tesco say not liable??

If the bin was supposed to be secured but wasn't then Tesco is liable. If it was a free standing bin, then what happened was an 'Act of God' and Tesco is not liable.
