Buying new from Europe

Is the price of a new BMW X1 purchased in Belgium or Germany lower than UK now the Euro is cheaper for UK buyers please? I assume that there will be few discounts available on this new model here in UK?

I've seen LHD Ford Ka models on hoardings in Spain at prices that translated to £4500. But, of course, new cars sold in Europe are LHD, not RHD, with lights that dip right, not left, and with kilometre speedometers. So if you try to order a RHD in Europe your oder is likely to be delayed and delivery frustrated. Anyway, excellent UK brokers such as drivethedeal.com, carwow.co.uk and carfile.net and The Supply of New Cars order 2000 (www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2088/made) mean that big discounts can now be obtained in the UK.
