Toyota Yaris or Honda Jazz?

Toyota Yaris 1.33 VVT-i TR-5Dr (2011, 6,500mileage) or Honda Jazz 1.4 i-VTEC Si 5-Dr (2010, 29000)?

The Yaris handles a bit better and is more fun to drive. But by virtue of its 'Magic' folding rear seats, the Jazz is vastly more practical. Listen for gearbox bearing noise when buying a used manual Jazz.
