Groaning brakes
I have a Nissan Almera Tino 2.0 litre 2002 with a faulty ABS ECU. It does not affect the driving, confirmed by the local garage but when travelling slowly makes a groaning sound which stops as soon as speed is over 10mph. Can you advise the best course of action.

Not very clear. An ABS ECU is a piece of solid state electronics so cannot groan. The ABS distribution pump might. Or the brake discs might for the first minute or two if there is a build up of rust on them. If the ABS light is showing the car will fail its MoT. If the fault is with the brake pressure sensor of the ABS unit, talk to www.ecutesting.com/
