Insurance and an admin error

I'm being taken to court for having no insurance. I've spoken to my insurer and there was an admin error and one letter was incorrect on my registration. The premium was fully paid. My query is in the eyes of the law am I guilty or not guilty?

I think that on the basis of the evidence you can show you will be found not guilty. Make sure your insurer supplies documentation to this effect. I would point out that you have this evidence to the CPS or the police and they will probably drop the charges.
