Should I swap winter tyres every 5000 miles?
I note that in the latest report on the Nokian winter tyres, it is recommended to swap tyres front to rear every 5000 miles for four-wheel drive cars. I have a Volkswagen Tiguan 4Motion. would you recommend changing the tyres as above?

Yes, very much so. The tyres may be directional (winter tyres always are) so you can swap back to front, but the tyres have to stay on the same side of the car.
