Is my car legal without a DPF?

I've removed the DPF and EGR from my Vauxhall Signum, due to constant engine problems. Is the car legal if the model is pre-2008?

No. If the vehicle was originally fitted with DPF and EGR it is illegal to remove them. Dates have nothing to do with it.
