Can you recommend a small and comfortable 4x4?
I live in Spain and have a Suzuki Jimny, which is good off road, but basic and uncomfortable. I want to sell the Jimny, along with my Ford Fiesta, and buy something comfortable. I am also thinking of buying a caravan, so the new car must tow this too.
So my question is, if you were to marry the off road capabilities of the Suzuki Jimny with the comfort and economics of the Ford Fiesta, what car would you come up with?

Cheapest will be a Dacia Duster 1.6 petrol or 1.5 diesel 4WD. After that, it's a jump to a Vauxhall/Opel Mokka 4WD or a Skoda Yeti 4WD or a Nissan Qashqai. And by then you're getting into the price level of bigger 4WDs such as a Mazda CX5 4WD, Toyota RAV-4 4WD, VW Tiguan 4WD, Honda CR-V 4WD, Ford Kuga 4WD. There will be a new, slightly smaller Honda HR-V 4WD next year and a new smaller Mazda 4WD and Toyota 4WD are on their way. Alternatively, a SEAT Leon X-PERIENCE: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/seat/seat-leon-x-p.../
