Is £256 reasonable for new brake pads and discs all round?
I've just had my car in the garage as I'm getting a really bad grinding noise when applying the brakes. At my local garage, the mechanic said the front and back brakes are pretty much worn down to the metal, and the total cost for front and back brake pads and discs is £256 (including labour). Do you feel this price is reasonable?
