Which all-weather tyres are best for the Insignia?

I'm about to buy a 2014 Vauxhall Insignia Elite, which comes with 245/45/R18 wheels as standard. I'd like to fit all-season tyres as I've used these before and I think they are great. Unfortunately I can't find anyone who makes them in that size - is there a reason for this or is it likely someone will start making them as all-season tyres gain in popularity?

Vredestein is the most likely to make its Quatracs that size. But, yes, the size is a problem. In Germany drivers run on summer tyres for the summer, and cold weather tyres on a different set of wheels for the winter. On a car like an Insignia these would normally be 16-inch steels with 205/55 R16s.
